Phone Help Desk
It doesn’t happen often but when the phone doesn’t work business can be disrupted. Tie National stands ready to help with our Phone System Help Desk and technology support. We will assess the issue and if need be we can offer carrier support escalations for those times when the problem is with your telecommunications provider.
Phone Technician Dispatches
Sometimes a phone or phone system issue cannot be resolved by our Help Desk. In these events Tie National will send an experienced technician to your office to address and resolve the issue. Most repairs can be done on-site, however some repairs requiring more time may need to be serviced at our repair center and then returned to you ready to go.
Virtual Phone Systems
This is more for large organizations to have a centralized phone system in their own data networks that they can control. When new facilities are opened all they have to do is deploy phones and program new extensions into their system and not buy a phone system for each location. The big difference between this and the cloud system is that it is managed on the customer’s own network and is able to be on their virtual servers. No phone system hardware is needed if they have the ability to create a virtual server. This type of system is fully redundant and keeps phone traffic on the customer’s network instead of utilizing the cloud.
